Can we do telemarketing ourselves?
Yes of course! However, many clients appreciate that telemarketing is an entirely different skillset to face to face selling. Other clients find they don’t have the resource or inclination to effectively carry out consistent telemarketing. Should you wish to keep telemarketing ‘in house’ but know you would benefit from professional sales support, I can recommend an excellent telemarketing trainer and coach if required.

Will you sound scripted and robotic?
Absolutely not! I work fiercely unscripted, using only a telephone prompt. I have a verifiable 20 year track record in building relationships on the telephone and engaging in intelligent, free-flowing conversations with tangible results.
Will my customers and prospects know I am using an outsourced partner?
No! I take on your business identity by calling and emailing under your company name. The whole process is seamless as we work in partnership.
Do you guarantee results?
No and it would be unethical for me to do so. Instead I manage expectations realistically by planning a trial for you to ‘test the water’ and from this we will be able to gauge expected levels of future conversations.
